This family-run hotel is located right in the pedestrianized centre of Bad Hofgastein. If features a modern spa area including a thermal outdoor pool and it offers free parking.

The Schlossalm cable car can be reached within 5 minutes by the free shuttle bus. The Alpentherme spa and the spa parks can reached within a 2-minute walk from the Alte Post Wellness & Thermalhotel. An 18-hole golf course is just 5 km away.

All rooms have a balcony and you can find bathrobes in each of them.

The wellness facilities of the Alte Post hotel also include a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna and a solarium. A fitness area and various wellness treatments are also at your disposal.

For dinner, you can enjoy a 4-course menu and select from the salad buffet.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.
